I have always wondered about those people who take gym selfies. They must really be vain.
Here’s the thing. I went for years and years taking pictures of my boys, my former husband, my cats and dog… but before selfies came along, mums rarely got to be in the picture.
So, I am taking control and I am taking a measure of me. Today. What I feel like and what I look like. The best part is? I’m smiling.
Maybe you are wondering what does this all have to do with you? Well, I am posting this photo of me, putting myself out there with my imperfect body (albeit a smiling one) and telling you that I want to help.
I want to help women who feel just like I did. Women who feel like they’ve tried everything and that by the end of the day, they just want a glass of wine. Whateves to the diet, we’ll start Monday.
I want to help the women who’ve been two sizes larger than they want to be for FAR. TOO. LONG. I want to help the women who’ve calorie counted, collected cards in exchange for food or women who’ve injected vitamin B into their backside all just to lose the weight… and bounce right back to their old weight again.
If you have just had a baby, are going to have a baby, had a baby 10 years ago and STILL haven’t lost the baby weight, I am here to help you. All you have to do is say, “Yes, I want something to change.”
